THE ADVICE OF A BEAR
Two friends were traveling together, when a bear suddenly appeared on their path. One of them quickly climbed up a tree and concealed himself in the branches. The other, sensing that the bear will attack him, fell flat on the ground.
When the Bear came up to him, the animal felt him with his snout and smelt him all over. He held his breath and pretended the appearance of a dead man as much as he could. Thinking that it was just a dead body and he is not interested in it, the bear left the scene.
Knowing that the bear was finally gone, the other traveler descended from the tree and playfully inquired from his friend what it was that the bear had whispered into his ear.
His companion replied, “He gave me this advice:
Never travel with a friend who leaves You at the approach of a danger!

1.  You must Eat. Eat alkaline foods such as vegetables and fruits in ad libitum quantity. It decreases carbon in our body which makes it more depressed or sickly.
2.  You must drink. Drink water not alcohol, it eases the tension away. Better yet drink watermelon juice or young coconut juice they’re so high in alkaline properties. Cantaloupe juice or shake is also great. Try cranberry juice it’s refreshing and good for the urinary tract, you can buy it in most groceries under the brand name: ‘ocean spray’.Â
3.  You must exercise.
4.  Go out and have good laugh. Go dine or watch a movie with someone special or with friends; as much as possible don’t stay home alone or do activities alone.
5.  Avoid too much smoking. Never result to illegal Drugs. Take a lot of natural antioxidant vitamins.
6.  As much as possible discuss only your problems or heartbreaks with a few confidante or trusted friends.
7.  Have a real good hug or a cry-on-my-shoulder thing, either with your lover, friend, family members especially with your wife or husband, or kids. It feels great that you have someone.
8.  Keep busy focus on your job or studies or enroll to a hobby course, e.g. culinary arts or computer courses, inquire some of the courses at AIE it’s a great start.
9.  Have a pet, preferably a dog.
10.  Pray. Cast all your cares unto God and God will take care of all the tensions and anxieties and hurts of your heart.
